その独自のカルチャーをまとう「元麻布」に新たに誕生するのが、“天空の戸建て”と呼ぶに相応しい『Boffi | DePadova RESIDENCE Motoazabu Penthouse Tokyo』。水まわりのハイエンドブランドとして揺るぎない存在のイタリアンキッチンブランド「Boffi」、常に新しく洗練された生活様式を提案し続けるイタリアの家具ブランド「DePadova」、そして、東京・南青山を拠点とするグローバルな建築・デザインチーム「APOLLO」。そのそれぞれの“個”が、ダイナミックな吹き抜けが印象的な建物最上階の2層空間において緊張感とともに響き合い、融合し、この場で過ごす人だけのストーリーを演出する。

Motoazabu is a district that is truly global, even amongst the standards of a cosmopolitan city like Tokyo. In a forest of embassies, lined with historic and elegant residences, adjacent to Roppongi, Akasaka, Tokyo Tower, and cultural facilities like art museums, Motoazabu has evolved into one of the world’s most alluring neighborhoods.

This unique cultural hub of Motoazabu will be home to the new Boffi | DePadova RESIDENCE Motoazabu Penthouse Tokyo, aptly called a “home in the sky.”
The two-story space with its impressive and dynamic atrium is the brainchild of three entities: Boffi, a high-end Italian kitchen brand with undeniable presence; DePadova, an Italian furniture brand proposing new and sophisticated lifestyles; APOLLO, a global architecture and design team based in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Their unique styles fuse together with an enticing enmeshment of energies to create a story that is unique to the people who spend time here.

Boffi, a high-end kitchen and bathroom furniture brand founded in 1934; DePadova, a furniture brand proposing new and sophisticated lifestyles since 1956; and trailblazing door designers ADL. These three Italian brands have created the sophisticated pieces adorning this room. Furniture, sofas, and storage are functional art pieces. In between the furniture lie unique characteristics, like natural stone from Japan, and Carrara from the Italian marble brand Salvatori. By fusing the large-scale beauty of Italy with the subtle aesthetics of Japan, the collaboration has birthed a noiseless yet inclusive space that embraces all of these varying pieces. Light and shadow are designed to suit each setting; by not clearly revealing the source, the ambient lighting highlights the beauty of the products, filling the space with rich scenes and stories.

建築で体現

常に新しきに挑み、常に時代を牽引していくための存在となるペントハウス。それが、東京において長い歴史を有する元麻布ヒルズのトップゾーンに生まれる『Boffi | DePadova RESIDENCE Motoazabu Penthouse Tokyo』です。ラグジュアリーの追求と同時に、ブランド特有の“クオリティへの矜恃”を建築においても忠実に体現。この場を構成する一つひとつにこめられた温度感やこだわりを、緊張感を帯びながら伝播し呼応させることで、あらゆるピースがバランスを持って響きあうインクルーシブな世界を構築します。
玄関からリビング、そしてバスルームやベッドルームなど各空間は明確に区切るのではなく、Boffi | DePadovaの洗練されたプロダクトや印象的なオブジェを配置することによって余白のあるスペースを現出。まるでアートのインスタレーションのような雰囲気をもたらします。緑豊かなテラスの先には東京都心の景色が広がり、プライベート、ゲストをもてなす迎賓館、オフィスやスタジオ、特別なパーティルームなど、そのボーダレスな用途は多様。オーナーのマインドによって、その可能性は無限に拡張し続けることでしょう。

A penthouse that will always reach for the new and lead the times. Located in the pinnacle of historic Motoazabu Hills is the Boffi | DePadova RESIDENCE Motoazabu Penthouse Tokyo.
In addition to the pursuit of luxury, the brand's unique “pride in quality” is faithfully embodied in the architecture. A sense of tension exists, but to enhance the temperature and uniqueness of each space. What has resulted is an inclusive world in which all pieces resonate with each other and have found pristine balance.
Rather than clearly separating the entrance, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and other spaces, Boffi | DePadova's sophisticated products and striking objet d'art divide and fill blank spaces, giving the impression of an art installation. The lush green terrace offers a view of central Tokyo, and its uses are diverse: as a guest house for entertaining guests, as an office or studio, or as a special events room. The possibilities are endless, perfect to be explored by creative minds.

黒崎敏Satoshi Kurosaki

1970年石川県生まれ。明治大学理工学部建築学科卒。2000年に「APOLLO」を設立。国内外において邸宅、ヴィラ、集合住宅、リゾートホテル、ペントハウスの設計のほか、企業の商品開発やブランドデザインにかかわる。世界的デザイン賞である「Wallpaper Design Award 」「iF Design Award」などの受賞のほか、イタリアの「Archiproducts Design Awards 」では9年連続日本人審査員を務めるなど、海外でも高い評価を得ている。主な著書に「APOLLO Architects & Associates Satoshi KUROSAKI Vol.01、02」（NemoFactory）、「TIMELESS」（FRAME）がある。

Born in 1970 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. Graduated from Meiji University’s Department of Architecture, Faculty of Science and Technology. In 2000, he founded “APOLLO”. He is involved in designing private residences, villas, apartment complexes, resort hotels, and penthouses, both in Japan and internationally. Additionally, he contributes to product development and brand design for various companies.
Kurosaki has received prestigious global design awards such as the Wallpaper Design Award and the iF Design Award. He has also served as a Japanese jury member for Italy’s Archiproducts Design Awards for nine consecutive years, earning widespread international recognition. His major publications include APOLLO Architects & Associates Satoshi KUROSAKI Vol.01, 02 (NemoFactory) and TIMELESS (FRAME).
